Before your child’s first day

What to bring

Please send a labeled backpack, a change of clothes, any needed diapers or wipes, a water bottle, and any classroom items your teacher has requested. Label personal belongings with your child’s name.

Arrival and pickup

Please use your child’s assigned arrival and pickup routine, keep authorized pickup contacts current, and let the academy know as soon as possible if someone different will be picking up your child.

Health and wellness

Please keep your child home when they are sick or have symptoms that could spread to others. Contact the academy with absences, medication questions, or health updates so we can support your child safely.

Stay connected

Family communication

Check your family communication channels regularly for classroom notes, academy announcements, and reminders. Please keep your phone number and email address up to date with the office.

Calendar reminders

Review the school calendar for holidays, special events, and scheduled closures. Dates can change when needed, so please watch academy communications for the latest reminders.
